What the download contains

• IPEDS UNITID, institution name, state, control, and 2024 enrollment used for coverage.
• The official institution website and verified tuition or required-fee source URL.
• Source format, capture-readiness class, and source verification time.
• Publication counts and a direct link where a reviewed public series is available.
• For the ASU series: 25 annual amounts, official release URLs, selected observation IDs, capture hashes, revision counts, and review status.

What it does not contain

• No unreviewed tuition values, housing, food, net price, financial-aid estimates, or total cost-of-attendance figures.
• No raw page bodies, official ZIP contents, private object keys, secrets, or internal capture payloads.
• No inferred campus relationship, filled gap, forecast, or marketing claim.

Reuse and attribution

The source catalog is free to download and inspect. Underlying institution and NCES materials remain subject to their original terms. Formal reuse and commercial-license terms for the Rate Archive compilation are pending owner approval; until then, cite the official publisher for substantive facts and link to Rate Archive when citing this catalog or methodology.

What remains gated

The 2009-10 ASU value remains excluded because its reporting scope is unresolved. Every other institution and series remains source-only until its own review events and exclusion checks pass. A first release does not authorize an API, bulk export, advertising integration, or automatic cohort expansion.
